1. General Overview
At TAM Digital Services, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, performance-driven solutions, including custom web design, software development, e-commerce optimization, marketing automation, and digital asset bundles. Because our agency specializes in custom-built, digital-only solutions, our products and milestones cannot be physically returned, which governs our cancellation and refund protocols.
2. Digital Services & Custom Development
For service-based campaigns and custom configurations (e.g., dedicated coding, web architecture blueprints, CRM integrations, and customized WhatsApp marketing configurations):
- Milestone Payments: Payments allocated to completed project milestones, development sprints, or completed discovery phases are non-refundable once the design/code asset has been structured or deployed.
- Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled mid-development by the client, any upfront security deposits or payments for hours already worked will be retained to cover administrative overhead and developer resource allocation.
3. Digital Asset Bundles
For digital downloads, pre-packaged automation templates, and creator asset bundles:
- Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, all sales of instant-access asset bundles are final.
- Once the files have been downloaded or access keys have been generated, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Exceptional circumstances (such as completely broken files or download links) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Recurring Subscriptions & Retainers
If you have contracted our agency for ongoing traffic acquisition, SEO tracking, or technical maintenance packages on a monthly subscription model:
- You may cancel your recurring subscription plan at any time.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are offered for mid-month cancellations once the continuous service window has started.
5. How We Fix Project Discrepancies
Client satisfaction is central to our agency operations. If a custom web build or automation pipeline does not meet the technical layout and blueprints agreed upon in the initial Statement of Work (SOW):
- We offer standard revision windows to correct layout problems, integrate missing dependencies, or optimize settings.
- We encourage our partners to closely review staging links during active review periods so our engineering desk can adjust code parameters before final server migration.
