1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern all web design, application development, marketing automation tools, SEO strategies, and digital asset acquisitions provided by our firm.
2. Scope of Work & Project Blueprints
All digital development and design services are executed strictly according to the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or initial project blueprint.
- Revisions: Standard packages include a designated number of revision cycles to modify custom styles, code frameworks, or interface layouts. Changes outside the original layout blueprint may incur separate extension fees.
- Code Constraints: Once a custom code structure or integration has been successfully verified on our staging servers, any subsequent user modifications that break the application logic remain the client's operational responsibility.
3. Client Responsibilities & Data Handover
To deliver high-performance setups efficiently, clients must provide necessary content, database requirements, third-party authentication API credentials, or branding kits in a timely manner. We are not liable for extended project delays caused by a lack of access to client-controlled staging systems, domain records, or automation accounts.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment and launch of custom web properties or design applications, full ownership rights of the frontend design elements and functional user interface are transferred to the client. However, TAM Digital Services retains foundational development libraries, pre-built frameworks, and code methods utilized universally across our digital product assets.
5. Service Uptime & Integrations
While we optimize every integration (including third-party platforms like CRMs, WhatsApp business gateways, and cloud nodes), we do not control third-party networks. TAM Digital Services cannot guarantee permanent zero-downtime performance for external APIs, hosting nodes, or search engine ranking adjustments affected by fluctuating algorithms.
6. Account Termination & Liability
We reserve the right to suspend development or terminate active service setups if a client violates local digital compliance codes, spreads malicious scripts via our frameworks, or fails to meet payment schedules. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct financial amount paid for the specific active milestone under dispute.
7. Revisions & Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Service Policy at any time to align with new automation guidelines, server protocols, or asset distribution standards. Your continued collaboration following these updates constitutes an acceptance of the updated framework rules.
